% 30.08.2018 1.

The learned counsel appearing for the Paralympic Committee of India (respondent no.2) states that the selection policy that is sought to be impugned in the present petition is no longer applicable. A new policy is under preparation and draft of the same has been circulated and signed by some members. He states that the same is likely to be finalised within a period of three weeks and on finalisation would be put on the website. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to positively place the new selection policy on its website as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than six weeks from today. It is also clarified that the petitioner is not precluded from challenging the said policy, if otherwise entitled in law.
