The petitioner had sought an order restraining the learned Magistrate from monitoring and passing certain directions to the Investigating Officer. Learned ASC appearing for the State submits, that investigation in the matter is complete and chargesheet has been filed in April 2025. It would appear therefore that the principal prayer in the petition no longer survives.
