The present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (corresponding to Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 1 by the learned Sessions Court vide order dated 29.08.2025, in connection with FIR No.

372/2025 dated 06.08.2025, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, South East Delhi, under Sections 69 and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Ms. Rupali Panwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the present petition at this stage, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, including approaching the concerned Station House CRL.M.C. 6909/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
