At the outset, ASC for State points out that charge-sheet is ready and shall be filed within this week itself. On filing of the charge-sheet the State shall provide a copy of the same to the counsel for petitioner. 2.

In this view of the matter, counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage, which had been filed for quashing of FIR No.115/2020 under Sections 186/353/506/509/34 IPC PS Okhla Industrial Area. She further seeks liberty to seek a remedy against charge-sheet after perusing the same.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications.
