1. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1 has found employment elsewhere and is no longer interested in pursuing the relief granted to him by the impugned order dated 16th January, 2018.

2. In view of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 15th September, 2015 passed by the Delhi School Tribunal directing reinstatement of the Respondent No.1 is hereby set aside. The W.P.(C) No.9445/2015 filed by the present Appellant challenging the said order is treated as allowed. The impugned order to that extent is set aside.

3. The appeal is allowed in the above terms. The application is also disposed of.
