This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS filed on behalf of the Petitioner-Sirnam seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for tracing his daughter namely, Ms. 'P', who is stated to be 28 years of age. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the girl has been traced and she has now rejoined the parents. Thus, the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
