By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of parole in FIR No.248/2010 registered under Sections 376(2)(G)/365/506/34 IPC at Police Station Dhaula Kuan, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner's wife is in advance stage of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery is 02.11.2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier released on furlough and had surrendered in time. 3.

Ultrasound, she has 32 weeks 02 days' pregnancy and the expected date of delivery is also verified to be on 02.11.2024. 4.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks which shall be effected from the date of his release, subject to the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/learned Trial Court/Duty J.M./Link J.M.
(ii) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, PS Dhaula Kuan, Delhi on every Monday during the period of his release. (iii) The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent, after expiry of four weeks.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
