Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0672/2018 under Sections 323/354-B/506/509/34 IPC registered at PS: Samaipur Badli, Delhi. 2.

Record shows that the Petitioner Puneet Kumar and Respondent No.2/ Complainant had appeared in the Court and had agreed to the quashing of present FIR. However, there were three other accused persons namely Raj Kumar, Anita and Balram Raj (Respondent Nos.3, 4 & 5 herein) along with the Petitioner Puneet Kumar, who had appeared before this Court on 03.03.2025 and submitted that they are not inclined to any quashing and want the matter to be tried on merits.

In view of submission made, there can be no partial quashing viz.-aviz. the Petitioner, as the allegations are under Sections 323/354B/506/ 509/34 IPC.
