% 23.10.2024 Present petition has been filed for grant of parole for 90 days to the petitioner in case FIR no.389/2010 under Section 302/394/397/34 IPC at PS Sangam Vihar.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari learned additional standing counsel has appeared on advance notice and submits that the application of parole for the petitioner has been dismissed by the competent authority vide order no.F.18/4/2021/HG/25611 dated 22.10.2024.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with the law.
