Through the present petitions, the petitioner seeks setting aside the order dated 30.07.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Class-01, North East, Karkardooma Courts, in Complaint Cases bearing CT nos. 265/2013, 464/2013, 298/2013, 401/2013, 227/2013, 948/2013, 346/2013, 269/2013 and 725/2013 and seeks directions for tracing out and/or for reconstruction of the judicial file of the case and revival of the proceedings of the case.

Therefore, impugned order dated 30.07.2025 whereby the learned JMFC disposed of the matter due to non-traceability of records is quashed and set aside in its entirety.

As to the matter in CRL.M.C. 6940/2025, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he intends to reconstruct the record and seeks liberty to do so.

The learned Trial Court concerned is directed to proceed expeditiously with the trial, considering the delay caused due to records being untraceable.
