The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 412/2021 dated 01.11.2021 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj North for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 4.
The applicant seeks interim bail on two grounds. Firstly, steps have to be taken for getting his son admitted in a school and, second, there are certain tests to be conducted from outside hospitals since the same are not available inside the jail premises. 5.

for getting his son admitted in a school from the next available session. He submits that, for that purpose, the wife of the applicant is at liberty to contact the concerned SHO who shall take appropriate steps for getting the son of the applicant admitted in a school.

In regard to the medical tests/ investigations, it is not denied that the said tests have been advised by the concerned Medical Officers.

Concededly the tests/ investigations are not available in the jail premises. The jail authorities are directed to get the investigation/ medical examination done at the earliest possible date.

No further orders are required to be passed at this stage. 9.
The applicant is at liberty to approach the Court in case any grievance remains in future.
