The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 1227/2018 dated 08.12.2018 registered at Police Station Aman Vihar (Outer) for offences under Sections 380/448 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ('APP') for the State, at the outset, points out that the bail application filed by the applicant on an earlier occasion was dismissed by this Court by order dated 30.09.2024. He submits that the applicant has concealed the said fact and has not annexed the order of dismissal. 3.
The order has been handed over in Court today. 4.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, the order dated 30.09.2024 has not been annexed with the present application.

facts which led to dismissal of the bail application. 6.
Discrepancy in the investigation is a matter of trial. The bail application was dismissed as recently as on 30.09.2024. On being pointedly asked, the learned APP for the State states that the applicant has failed to join investigation and has been absconding. 7.
The application is an abuse of the process of the Court and is dismissed with cost of ₹20,000/-, to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.
