The present application under Section 483 of the BNSS seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 282/2016, under Sections 302/120B/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Gokal Puri. 3.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial.

It is pointed out that the matter is at the stage of prosecution evidence and only the Investigating Officer is yet to be examined. 5.
Leave granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
