It has been apprised by both the parties that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Settlement has taken place under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The copy of settlement agreement dated 25.11.2024 has also been received and is on record.

In view of the abovesaid settlement, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition and, therefore, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed in view of the settlement between the parties.
