Counsel for the respondent points out that there has been compliance of the orders of this Court. A compliance affidavit is on record. 2.

Ms. Saahila Lamba, counsel for the petitioner, however, states that they still have a grievance with respect to payment of retirement dues based on the notional increment granted.

As per the order dated 06th August 2024 passed by the Division Bench, compliance of which is sought, the petitioner is at liberty to seek legal recourse in accordance with law.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
