Pursuant to the previous order this Court dated 12th March 2025, Mr. Abhinav Singh has handed over a copy of an additional reply which apparently is filed but not on record. The same be filed by the counsel for respondent.

The file of the petitioner was examined and some observations were given and a letter was issued on 28th March 2025 to the vendor to submit replies on the observations and submit the copy of the work order and a copy of the approval of the competent Authority, which was District Magistrate, Shahdara. The vendor submitted pointwise replies on 12th April 2025, to which the Officer concerned has placed certain remarks. 3.

However, on a query from the Court, it is admitted by the officer who is present in Court that they did not issue any further correspondence post The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 12th April 2025, a response to mark these remarks up to the petitioner so that it could be resolved for their satisfaction.

Mr. Abhinav Singh, counsel for respondent No. 2&3 states on instructions that they will issue a detailed communication within the next week to the petitioner stating as to what are the residual discrepancies in the demand of the petitioner and as to how they can be resolved by the petitioner.

In addition, Mr. Abhinav Singh states that the compliance of order dated 05th October 2023, they will also decide the representation dated 16th August 2023. However, that will be done in the context of the subsequent correspondence as noted above which has been exchanged between the parties.

Petition is disposed of considering that the steps were taken previously and now by the directions of this Court, the requisite compliance will be done in terms of considering the claims of the petitioner. 7.
