The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions of this Court dated 09.08.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.5905/2021 and order dated 13.05.2024 passed in CONT.CASE No.773/2024. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the validity of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the learned Appellate Court in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
