% 25.05.2017 Present petition is filed under sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking substitution of Arbitrator in place of late Justice S.K.Mahajan (Retd.) who has unfortunately expired. Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have agreed that Justice K.S.Radhakrishnan, (Retd.) be appointed as an Arbitrator on account of the mandate of late Justice S.K.Mahajan (Retd.) coming to an end. Petition is accordingly allowed. Justice K.S.Radhakrishnan (Retd.) is appointed as the Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The matter will be heard by the learned Arbitrator from the stage at which it had progressed previously. Letter of request be sent by the Registry to the residence of late Justice S.K.Mahajan (Retd.) with a request to transmit the record of the arbitration proceedings to the learned Arbitrator. In case

assistance is required for the said purpose learned counsel for the parties may provide the same. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
