The petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.47/2023 dated 12.06.2023 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing, registered under Section 420/406 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned APP for the State, at the outset, submits that the chargesheet is likely to be filed within a period of two months.
