1. Mr Nijhawan, Senior Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has produced before the Court copies of the test report of the second sample. A copy thereof has been furnished to Ms. Anjali Manish, learned counsel for the Petitioner. It is informed that the sample failed the test.

2. Ms. Manish points out that the second sample was tested three years after it was drawn. She states that the Petitioner will seek other appropriate remedies as per law.
