It is pointed out that the petition filed by the co-accused seeking the same relief is pending consideration before this Court in Crl. Rev. P. 615/2017.

There is an inordinate delay in filing of the present petition seeking quashing of FIR on merits. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application seeking impleadment in Crl. Rev.
