By an interim order, the learned Family Court has directed the Appellant-Husband to pay an interim maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month to the Respondent-Wife. The application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [hereinafter referred to as "HMA"], has not yet been disposed of.

The Appellant-Husband contends that the impugned order has been passed without considering the entire facts of the case. 3.

This Court has considered the submissions and deems it appropriate to dispose of the Petition by requesting the learned Family Court to decide the pending application under Section 24 of the HMA, positively within a period of 30 days.
