The present petition has been filed assailing the order dated 2.09.2024 and 1.10.2024 by which the petitioner was granted first interim bail and thereafter regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the manner in which the bail was granted was prejudicial to the prosecutrix who was not heard and was not given an opportunity to respond the bail application of the accused. 3.
Further that the prosecutrix has been getting serious threats from the accused about which she has filed a complaint as well with Investigating officer.

In this view of the matter, the counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek cancellation of bail The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. awarded to the accused, before the Trial Court. 5.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed for.

Regards threats being extended to the petitioner, she is at liberty to pursue her complaint with the Investigating Officer. 7.
Learned APP for State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that an FIR has also been registered on the basis of the complaint. 8.
The petitioner at liberty to take any further steps in accordance with law in case any further threats extended or seek protection of life and liberty.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of as infructuous.
