The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Direct transfer of divorce case HMA No. 500/2024 titled Manish Chadha Vs Gurpreet Kaur from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North- West District, Rohini, Delhi to the Family Court, South-West at Dwarka, Delhi, where the earlier Presiding Judge who has already heard the final arguments is presently posted;
b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that she does not wish to press prayer 'a)' of the present petition on account of a subsequent event.

16.03.2016 in W.P.(CRL) 558/2015 and judgment dated 02.08.2023 in MAT. APP.(F.C.) 75/2023, directions have been given to learned Family Court for time bound disposal of the subject petition.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been delaying the trial by taking adjournments, which is refuted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.
Be that as it may, the present petition is disposed of with request to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West, Rohini Courts to expedite the proceedings pending before it, keeping in view the aforesaid judgments dated 16.03.2016 in W.P.(CRL) 558/2015 and 02.08.2023 in MAT. APP.(F.C.) 75/2023, without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. 8.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned learned Family Court, NorthWest, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance. 9.
