The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "A. Issue a Writ of Certiorari and Quash and set aside the withdrawal order, if any.
B. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to add the name of the petitioner in the list of recognized institutes on the official website of the respondent NCTE; C. Issue a Writ of Mandamus enabling the petitioner to participate in counselling and admit students for D.ED.ED (PTC) course for Academic Year 2025-2026."
