Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre'). 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 1st December, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the plaintiffs and the defendants, has been placed on record.

The parties are physically present in Court and affirm their signatures on the Settlement Agreement as well as the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 9.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
