The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent authorities to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in property bearing No. A-45, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that unauthorized construction in the property has already been booked on 18th September, 2025, and that requisite action shall be taken, in accordance with law.
