Since an Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted vide order passed in the ARB.P. 1427/2024, it would be apposite if the present petition is considered and dealt with by the same learned Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is directed accordingly. 2.

All the contentions of the parties are left open to be considered by the learned sole arbitrator on their own merits.

The subsisting interim order shall continue, till the matter is considered by the learned Sole Arbitrator.
