The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a limited relief of issuance of a direction to the respondents to provide all the relevant documents, including the Court of Inquiry, to the petitioner.

It is noticed that the petitioner has been dismissed from service by an Order dated 05.04.2021, and that the petitioner has even addressed a petition to the DG BSF against the termination of service. The petitioner, in the list of dates itself, states that the said petition was also disposed of by the IG BSF by an Order dated 23.02.2022, whereafter, the petitioner addressed a legal notice dated 03.05.2023 to the respondents seeking the relevant documents. 3.

It is not understood how the petitioner could have taken the above steps without the relevant documents.

Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to once again supply copies of all the documents to the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents, within a period of four weeks from today.

We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the claim made by either of the parties in relation to the departmental proceedings or on the legal question involved in the present petition. 6.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions.
