Learned counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than two crores and defendants as well as suit property are outside the jurisdiction of this Court though the plaintiff's residence at Janakpuri which falls with the jurisdiction of West District and under Section 138 is also pending in the West District, Tis Hazari Court as such requests to send the matter to the Ld District & Session Judge (West District), Tis

Hazari Court.

Hence, in view of the submission and circumstances, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (West District) Tis Hazari Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Court on 18.07.2016.
