% 19.04.2017 Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions further states that after filing of the present petition, the petitioner has already availed a furlough of two weeks granted by DG (Prisons) vide order dated 20th January, 2017 from 8th March, 2017 to 23rd March, 2017. Since the petitioner has availed the furlough recently, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order passed by the competent authority and grant parole.

Petition is dismissed.

This order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
