In view of the affidavit placed on record by respondent no. 1/National Testing Agency (NTA) which states that as per the database available with the them, the petitioner (having Application No. 190410614878 and Roll No. 390324693) has secured 156 marks as well as All India Rank of 607680 and Category Rank (UR) of 251163 in NEET (UG) 2019 examination. 2.
Mr. Sriharsha Peechara, learned counsel for respondent no. 3/ National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) according to his instructions submits that in view of the said affidavit, no Eligibility Certificate is required to be issued by the said authority and the score card of NEET (UG) 2019 examination itself can be treated to be the proof for the appearance in the examination. He further submits that he has taken this position in view of the fact that the record of the concerned examination was available with respondent no. 1.

Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2/National Medical Council (NMC) submits that in view of a notification dated 01.03.2018 issued by the Medical Council of India, New Delhi, which inter alia states that the result of NEET (UG) examination shall deem to be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
treated as eligibility certificate and therefore, in view of the affidavit tendered by respondent no. 1/National Testing Agency, no eligibility certificate is required in present case.

On 05.12.2024, this Court has made following observations:- "1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 submits that he has received the affidavit filed by the respondent-NMC only on yesterday and prays for some time to take instructions.
2. Acceding to his request, list this petition on 09.12.2024.
3. In the meantime, it is directed that in case, the petitioner is found eligible, let the admit card for the examination in question be issued to the petitioner."

Learned counsel Mr. Peechara on instructions submits that the admit card will be issued from 08.01.2025 and since respondent no. 1 and 2 have clarified that the no eligibility certificate is required per se to appear in the concerned examination, the admit card will be issued to the petitioner in due course.

In view of peculiar facts, in light of the affidavit tendered by the respondent no. 1/NTA and statements made by learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 and 3, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in present petition.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, alongwith pending applications.
