The Petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 23rd July, 2024, pertaining to non-payment of bills raised by them for providing catering services in relation to Van Mahautsav 2023.

Since no decision has been taken on the aforenoted representation, in the opinion of the Court, at this stage, it would be appropriate to direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation. Accordingly, the Respondents are directed to consider the Petitioner's application dated 23rd July, 2024, and take a decision thereon, within eight weeks from today. 3.
The present petition is disposed of in view of the above direction.
