After some arguments, Mr Manish Paliwal, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, seeks to withdraw the appeal. 2.
Mr Paliwal, however, submits that since the suit has been filed in the year 2017, a direction should be issued to expedite the same. 2.1 We are told by Mr Paliwal that issues have already been framed. 3.
Given the aforesaid position, the concerned trial court is requested to expedite the conclusion of the suit.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
Pending applications shall stand closed.
