% 20.02.2017 The present petition has been listed pursuant to the order passed by the Joint Registrar pointing out that although the petition has been transferred to the court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts. However, the Court Auctioneer is seeking orders for converting of the pay orders in the name of the Registrar General into fixed deposit receipts.

Since the petition stands transferred to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, North West District, Rohini, Court, the parties are directed to approach to the concerned court for necessary orders. The Registry is directed to ensure that the files are transferred to the concerned Court, if not already done, within a period of one week from today. It is directed that the demand drafts/pay orders collected by the Court Auctioneers in the name of the Registrar General of this Court shall be encashed by the Registrar General of this Court and the said will abide the

decision of the concerned court.
