The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dated 09.07.2024 passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (in short, 'AFT') in MA No.2625/2024 in Original Application (in short, 'OA') No.2021/2022 titled COM (I) Ravi Bhasker vs. Union of India & Ors. 3.

By the Impugned Order, the learned AFT has directed the listed of the OA in the category of 'By Court's Order' on 13.11.2024. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehends that on the said date, the respondents may take an The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. adjournment, and the matter may not be heard by the learned AFT. He submits that in case OA is not heard on the said date by the learned AFT, the petitioner may become overage for being nominated to the CW/ACC scheme commission officer cadre course. 5.

We are of the opinion that these submissions can be made by the petitioner before the learned AFT and we have no reason to doubt that the learned AFT will consider the same on the next date of hearing.

In view of the above, we do not find any scope of interference with the Order dated 09.07.2024 passed by the learned AFT. 7.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
