The present application is filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking modification of order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in SC No. 123/2024 to the extent that the condition stating that the applicant be released on bail subject to production of valid passport and visa be removed and allow the applicant to renew his visa upon being released from jail.

The Status report indicates that the Visa of the petitioner had expired long back in the year 2016 itself and he, therefore, had been illegally staying in the country.

In view of the above, the only order that can be passed in the present petition is that the application for Visa, if any, filed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 16/12/2025 at 12:30:38

by the petitioner is directed to be decided expeditiously by concerned authorities.
