1. Learned standing counsel for the State submits that though the matter is being inquired/investigated as per law. However, the State would have no objection if the matter is transferred to the Crime Branch.

2. In view of the facts and circumstances, the matter is transferred to the Crime Branch. The Special CP, Crime Branch, is directed to conduct enquiry and investigation in accordance with the law after joining the petitioner/complainant. The present petition may also treat as a representation of the petitioner by the learned Special CP, Crime Branch, in accordance with the law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above directions, on instructions, he does not want to press the present petition.
