Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have also placed on record the copy of the settlement/agreement dated 13th April, 2017 arrived at before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties request that since the amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties, this revision petition may be disposed of in terms of settlement/agreement dated 13th April, 2017. 3.

In view of the submissions made above, this revision petition is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement dated 13th April, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 13th April, 2017.
