% 09.03.2016 Mr Mahajan, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the State on advance notice, submits that the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner ,which was pending determination before the competent authority, has since been rejected by the latter by way of order dated 02.03.2016.

In view of the foregoing, Mr Dandapani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the order of rejection dated 02.03.2016. Leave and liberty granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
