The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No.

to immediately, allow the Petitioner to attend classes, appear m school examinations, and complete CBSE registration formalities for Class X Board Examinations and/or; b. Direct Respondent No. 1 to take immediate action on the representation dated 19.09.2025 and ensure compliance with the Right to Education Act, 2009 and constitutional safeguards;"

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only grievance of the petitioner is that the name of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner institute has not been updated as recognised institute by the respondent/NCTE.

Issue notice. Mr. Mohinder Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent NCTE accepts notice.

On instructions, he submits that the status of petitioner institution as recognised institution, upon verification, will be updated on the website of the NCTE.

He submits that the needful will be done within a period of two weeks. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/NCTE shall remain bound by the same.

In the event, the respondent NCTE finds that the petitioner institution is recognised as per its records, necessary communication shall be sent to the affiliating university, as well as, the State authorities within the time period stated hereinabove.

No further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of.
