The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) issue a Writ of Certiorari For Quashing The Impugned Withdrawal Order Dated 15.05.2025 Passed By The Respondent No.2 Thereby Withdrawing The Recognition Granted To The Petitioner For Conduction B.Ed. Course. b) Issue a Writ Of Certiorari For Quashing The Impugned Appeal Order Dated 20.08.2025 Passed By The Respondent No.1 Thereby Withdrawing The Recognition Granted To The Petitioner For Conduction B.Ed. Course.

c) Issue a Writ Of Mandamus Directing The Respondent No.2 To Forthwith Pass An Order Of Restoration Of Recognition Of The Petitioner For B.Ed Course And Reflect The Status Of The Petitioner As A Recognized Institution On Its Official Website;

d) Issue a Writ, Of Mandamus For Directing The The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Respondent No.2 To Send Copy Of Such Restoration Order To The Affiliating University Of The Petitioner Namely "Tamil Nadu Teacher Education University" And Permit The Petitioner To Take Part In Counselling For Academic Session 2025-26 & Subsequent Years."

The grievance ventilated in the present petition is with regard to the impugned withdrawal order dated 15.05.2025, as well as, the order of the Appellate Committee dated 20.08.2025.

It is the case of the petitioner that the only ground on which the recognition has been withdrawn is that the petitioner college did not submit proof towards payment of salary through online/banking mode and that the bank statement submitted by the petitioner college towards payment of salary is not counter signed by the concerned bank. Notice was issued by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2025.

Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal had accepted notice and had prayed for time to seek instructions.

Today he has come back with the instructions to the effect that in view of the urgency articulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner may submit its representation alongwith the relevant documents establishing that the payment of salary to individual staff members is being made through online/banking mode. Further, the petitioner college may also furnish bank statement counter signed by the concerned bank. 6.

He submits that in the event such representation is made, the same will be considered and decision thereon will be taken on or before 29.09.2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has no objection in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the above, the present petition alongwith pending application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall make the representation to the respondent/NCTE and will furnish the above noted documents by the end of day.

In the event such a representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent/SRC shall consider and dispose of the representation on or before 29.09.2025.

Needless to say that in case the SRC finds favour with the representation of the petitioner and restores the recognition granted to the petitioner college, the status of the college as recognized shall be updated on the website and the affiliating university and the concerned state authorities shall also be communicated with regard to the said decision immediately thereafter.

The petition alongwith pending application stands disposed of in the above terms.

It is clarified that in the event the representation of the petitioner is rejected by the SRC, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court again, if so advised.
