% 23.03.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant Mr Sethi submits that the dispute which is the subject matter of the present appeal has been settled in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties on 04.02.2016, pursuant to which possession of the suit property has been handed over to the appellant. He, therefore, states that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal.
