The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 5 to demolish, seal, remove and stop unauthorized construction and illegal encroachment over the property bearing Nos. 2808 & 2809, Shankar Gali, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110006. Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that Sanctioned Building Plan has been issued with respect to the property in question by the MCD.

She has handed over a copy of the said Sanctioned Building Plan dated 15th September, 2025, issued by the Office of Executive Engineer (Building), City SP Zone, MCD, which is taken on record. 4.
She further submits that inspection of the property was carried out by the concerned Officials of the MCD on 22nd September, 2025 and it was found that the construction was being carried out in terms of the Sanctioned Building Plan.

She has handed over photographs pertaining to the same, which are also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent-MCD further submits that the MCD shall ensure that the construction is carried out in terms of the Sanctioned Building Plan and in case of any deviations or excess coverage, requisite action shall be taken in accordance with law. 7.
Noting the aforesaid, no orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with pending applications, is disposed of.
