The present petition filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"A. Issue Writ, Order or directions quashing the impugned order dated 29.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) to the extent the same has the effect of attaching the cash credit/ overdraft accounts having negative balance mentioned at Serial No.1, 2, 21 & 22 in the table at Para 2.3 above and current accounts which have zero balance of the Petitioner Serial No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 & 18 in the table at Para 2.3 above and order the release those cash credit/ overdraft accounts having negative balance and current accounts which have zero balance of the Petitioner mentioned in the table at Para 2.3 from attachment." 2.

that considering the peculiar grievances highlighted in the present petition, the same shall be treated as a representation and will be duly considered by the said respondents and an appropriate order shall be passed thereon. 3.

Let the same be done within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

The same shall necessarily be subject to legal rights and remedies of the petitioner.
