The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) direction to Respondent No.2 to update / reflect the Recognition Order No.

WRC/5-6/89/2006/C-11453 dated 27.09.2006/ 01.03.2007 issued by the WRC, NCTE on the website, whereby, 50 Intake for PTC/D.El.ED Course was recognised by the WRC, thereby making total intake of 150 students.

(b) direction to Respondent No.2 to communicate the aforesaid updated status, to Petitioner Institution, its Affiliating Body i.e. the State Examination Board in respect of the aforesaid P.T.C. (now D.El.Ed.) course and to permit them to admit students for Session 2025-2026 as per the sanctioned intake."

In the present matter, notice was issued vide order dated 25.09.2025 when Mr. Rupal had accepted notice and sought time to seek instructions. 3.

Today, he has returned with instructions to the effect that the intake for additional 50 students which has not been updated on the website of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondents/NCTE will be so updated within a period of one week from today. The statement is taken on record and the respondents shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present petition.
