The petitioner and respondents No.4 to 7 are present in Court with their respective counsels and they have amicably settled the matter. As per the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to each of respondents No.4 to 7 in full and final settlement. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.2,39,250/- with the Registrar General of this Court on 24th September, 2012 and the said amount is lying in fixed deposit. It is further submitted that the said amount be released to respondents No.4 to 7 in equal shares.

The Registrar General is directed to release the amount deposited by the petitioner along with interest accrued thereon to respondents No.4 to 7 in equal shares within a period of three weeks from today. 4.

The petitioner shall make the payment of the differential amount i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- minus the amount received by each of respondents No.4 to 7 from the Registrar General, to respondents No.4 to 7 by means of a cheque to be sent by registered AD post at the addresses given below:-

The petitioner present in Court undertakes to make the payment of differential amount to respondents No.4 to 7 in terms of this order within a period of four weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.
