Petitioner is aggrieved that his application seeking furlough is pending consideration for more than 20 days, though the urgent release was sought on account of the engagement ceremony of his daughter, which is fixed for 24.10.2025. 2.
The learned ASC for the State, at the outset, submits that verification process has been undertaken and the order is likely to be passed within a period of one week.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.
