% 29.04.2026 CRL.M.A. 13433/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks extension of parole granted by this court vide order dated 06.02.2026 by 12 weeks. Ms. Tanya Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner's father is seriously ill and was admitted at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram from where he is now being moved to Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi. Medical records and prescription in support of the plea have been appended to the application.

Issue notice.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC appears on behalf of the State on advance copy; accepts notice; and seeks time to file a status report. Since the petitioner was prosecuting by respondent No.2/Border Security Force and there is no Investigating Officer in the picture, the SHO W.P.(CRL) 3169/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
