% 20.01.2016 These petitions are related to supply of water at the Delhi EPDP

V CGHS Ltd. and generally in the Dwarka area. Now that the Dwarka Water Treatment Plant is functioning to almost full capacity, water is being regularly supplied to the Delhi EPDP CGHS Society as well as the other residents of Dwarka Sub-City. The position of water supply has greatly improved and seems to be satisfactory.

In these circumstances, no further directions are necessary in these writ petitions. The same stand disposed of The parties are, however, granted liberty to seek any further directions, if the need arises.
